I discovered the other day that NFT avatars can be purchased with money in your Google Play account, and that this includes money earned from the surveys through Google Rewards. I had a decent balance, as I've been using it for years and haven't had anything I wanted to purchase in a while--so I picked up one of the last $50 NFTs in one of the series.
Maybe I'm just dense and this is obvious, but I would have expected reddit to have separate payment processing, rather than going through Google Play. So if anyone else has a chunk of change sitting in their account from telling Google about every visit to Menard's, maybe you too can get a free* NFT.
