Sent Pantos from Bitpanda directly to BNB Wallet on Binance

Hello fellows!
Till now I was very sceptical of Reddit but here we go - my very first post... And i need your help!

I am very new to crypto currency and I wanted to buy some Babydodgecoin Token. So what happend. I had some cryptos of "Pantos" on Bitpanda and I tried to send it directly to Binance BNB wallet. MISTAKE. Unfortunatly the second I recognised the mistake it was too late.

I tried:

to find a Binance support email address - Nothing

using Metamask, but I dont know how to get my wallets private key

hate myself :D

I dont know if anyone has the same problem or how reddit works. But i really would appreciate ur help.
