Elon’s having a rough start to the year. TSLA shares are down 25% YTD, the company missed earnings pretty bad, not a lot of positive press on the CyberTruck, people complaining about the quality of the $100k cars (and now they want to make one that sells for $25k), etc.
And now, he’s gotta pay back $56 billion of his compensation? Where does this money come from with his stock price way down? Also, he is trying to own MORE shares of TSLA not less. He recently demanded the Board give him 11% more of the company, which obviously isn’t gonna fly now.
How much Doge does this guy own? I think if he sold it all to raise money for this payback Doge would probably get dropped out of the top 500 coins by market cap. This would make a lot of people in this sub happy, and a lot of others sad. I personally would like to see it happen just for the lolz.
