2FA reset required on Binance US

It's been 10 days, still waiting waiting to be able to access my account. Have already sent everything required.

2FA reset required, old phone died. Have already sent required ID, selfie, and video. It's been a week and have still been locked out, costing me both in opportunity cost and straight up not having access to my money. This is honestly very disappointing. I have now been locked out of my account for a full week. I have sent all required identifying documents but haven't received a concrete update since then. If you need anything more please let me know, otherwise at least provide me with an ETA so I can stop worrying. Still haven't heard anything back, here, or in the support email.
