2 days in the past i acquired a mail+app notification asking me do re do my KYC (ID card + Selfie) due to new european union laws.
Similar day i attempted to do the KYC however it failed, Selfie step couldn't load. Buyer help informed me that many had to this drawback and to attempt again in 12-24 hours. I did and this time i succeeded but virtually 12 hours later my account continues to be beneath "assurance assessment", i can't promote crypto or purchase, i can't deposit fiat, and so on... can solely withdraw funds. Shame, i needed to sell some crypto fast after this pump...
Anyone else have the same drawback ? How long does it often takes as a result of i opened couple days ago a new account on another CEX and it took <15min, similar when i first opened my Binance account, didn't take that long.
Perhaps too many individuals are doing this new KYC?
