A place to buy Bitcoin without 2 step verification

A few months ago, I worked in Thailand as an expat but I left when Covid got bad. I opened up a bank account there and my company paid my last pay check into that account. I tried transferring it out but it wouldn't work for some reason. Now that I am not in Thailand, I can't sign into the account because I don't have access to the Thai phone number for verification.

But I do have the debit card.

So I want to buy Ethereum that can take Thai Baht to which then I can have access to the money.

I have tried Coinmama and Paybis because they both can take Baht BUT every time I get to payment, it sends an OTP to my Thai phone number for me to verify. And I can't access it....

So please! Is there a place I can buy Bitcoin with a Thai debit card that won't require a 2 step verification?

I swear this is not a scam and I didn't steal anything.
