I’m an EU-based consumer and my Binance account has been restricted for an extended interval with no clear rationalization or decision timeline. I've already: – completed all requested verification steps – submitted GDPR access and clarification requests – filed complaints with relevant EU authorities Help responses to date have been generic, and formal deadlines for replies have passed. I’m not accusing Binance of wrongdoing. I’m simply making an attempt to know what lifelike next steps are for EU users on this state of affairs, and whether others have seen comparable instances resolved with out going straight to litigation. Any constructive input or shared experiences can be appreciated.
