I’m an EU-based consumer and my Binance account has been restricted for an extended period and not using a clear rationalization or resolution timeline. I've already: – completed all requested verification steps – submitted GDPR access and clarification requests – filed complaints with related EU authorities Help responses to date have been generic, and formal deadlines for replies have passed. I’m not accusing Binance of wrongdoing. I’m merely making an attempt to know what real looking next steps are for EU users on this state of affairs, and whether or not others have seen comparable instances resolved with out going straight to litigation. Any constructive input or shared experiences can be appreciated.
