App/Website Doesn't Allow Uploads, Only Photos?

Hi - trying to verify my ID on Binance. There are three glaring problems:

1) Both the app and website default to taking pictures of IDs and there is no way to upload the ID picture/pdf instead.

2) On mobile, the website doesn't let you focus the camera, nor does it let you switch cameras. It defaults to the front-facing camera which is all the more frustrating - then it doesn't focus so verification gets rejected for not being clear.

3) on the App, it finally lets you use the rear camera and focus! Still doesn't let you upload a file but still, painful painful progress! Alas, when you press the checkmark confirming the picture is right, it brings you back to the first verification page and doesn't save the photo.

Turns out there are 3 ways to verify, none of which allow you to actually send in an image able to verify. Whoever is in charge of the verification product definitely needs some real work experience.

Anybody find a workaround to verification?
