Authorized Wire Transfer 3 Hours, But it Doesn't Show in my Withdrawal History. No Money Deducted?

So on BinanceUS, I submitted a wire withdrawal 3 hours.

I did email confirmation/authorization and all the steps through the Prime Trust link.

But, the amount hasn't been deducted from my balance nor does it show on my fiat withdrawal history.

Is this normal?
