My binance.us KYC proof of address has failed twice now with both my:
A. Bank statement (PDF document downloaded from bank)
B. Brokerage statement (PDF document downloaded from broker)
I am at my absolute wits end trying to understand what to do now as there is money on the account. Can someone please help me here I have submitted tickets as well pleading with customer support to help me understand the issue. I have verified *multiple* times that the addresses 100% match.
