Binance card problem?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with ordering a binance card for myself. When I go on Binance's website and I click on "order now" I get an error message saying that I need to verify my account first. The problem is when I click on "verify" I get a message saying that I've already verified my account and I stay in that loop forever.

I'm from Tunisia and I made my account and verified it back when I used to live there, and when I recently moved to live in France and I changed my country in my profile to France. I believe that this was the cause of creating that bug.

I would like to know if anyone faced a similar problem before ? Because I've read all the FAQ and none of them helps and Binance's support isn't responding.
