Binance customer care is non existent and if you complain here they delete your post!!!

Hey Binance, I cannot log into my account for 2 days through no fault of my own! When I try to log in it says I am using a new device and it needs to be verified. I am NOT using a new device, I am using the device I always use when logging into Binance and it had already been previously verified. I have not changed my internet or IP address either!

When I first requested the new device verification email it took an hour to arrive so by the time it arrived the verification code had expired. The same thing happened twice more. Then when I requested the new device verification email again, it told me I had made too many requests and now I am not receiving any verification emails. I have also checked my junk/spam and I am not receiving any verification emails from Binance. How am I supposed to get into my account if you are not sending me the verification emails???

I contacted support through chat. I waited a long time and all I got was a reply saying to whitelisted the Binance emails. They did not even read my query in full. Customer service’s reply was generic and did not help mproblem at all!!! I have whitelisted all Binance email addresses. I tried to request verification email twice more and even though I said it was sent, I am not receiving the verification emails so I still cannot get into my Binance account.

Binance your customer service is terrible. You did not help fix my problem at all and I waited a long time for your reply. Now I have to contact you again and wait a long time again, Binance’s customer service is absolutely appalling!

I complained here on Reddit yesterday and Binance moderators deleted my post!!! Binance you treat your customers terribly and delete their posts to hide all your wrong doing!!!
