Hello,
I have recently joined Binance, been having quite a good time I would say riding those crypto waves.
However I have noticed that some of my orders are sometimes ignored by the system , and this is probably because of the huge MS spikes in the connection.
I have tried contacting customer support, however they haven't got any idea what seems to be the issue and the only suggestion I got from them is to try a new internet connection. Or they are lying to me.
I have tried this on 2 mobile hotspots and on my 1GB/s optical ethernet connection. The fluctuations in MS are the same , it goes from 300 to 1k+ randomly in the span of a minute, as you can see in the screenshots provided.
I am currently in Eastern Europe, I have bellow 50 MS for example on anything requiring an internet connection.
This is "unplayable" for me as I am missing on a lot of "waves" , therefore shorting my profits or even losing more on certain futures trading.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue ? Do you have any other suggestions other than what customer support told me - as in trying with a new internet connection. ( like I have 10 connections in my house /s )
Thank you.
