Binance requires personal identity verification even for less than 2btc / 24 hours crypto withdrawal

I am using this platform for quite some time and I am level 1 verified. I have email verified and 2fa set up properly. My volume is much less than 2btc per 24 hours and it is only around 4-5k USD for 72 hours. Suddenly binance is asking me to verify my personal identity in order to withdraw funds. This is a hassle for me. I am only using crypto deposits and withdrawal and no fiat money. If you require any verification then it should be mentioned during the deposit and not while withdrawing.

I have tried to connect to support but it is saying more than 6 hours to respond but it's been days without any response. This is ridiculous that a company like binance is having literally no client support these days. My case id is #72215699 and ticket id: #1238937. I am not sure because of the recent articles that I read in the news that legal agencies are screwing them, they are doing all this. And am changing my mind to use other platforms.
