"Bitcoin will never work, you can't just expect the entire world to believe in something made up" ... Dec 24th

'Twas the night before Bitcoin, when in crypto-sphere,
Not a central bank was stirring, no printing fiat here.
The stockings were hung by the miners with care,
In hopes that Satoshi soon would be there.

The hodlers were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of decentralized gains filled their heads.
And mamma with cold wallet, and I with my seed phrase,
Had just settled our minds for a blockchain holidays.

When out on the web there arose such a clatter,
I sprang to my ColdCard to see what's the matter.
Away to the exchanges, I flew like a flash,
Tore open the app and checked my coin stash.

With a little old driver, so tech-savvy and slick,
I knew in a moment, it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than lightning, his transactions they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!

"Now, Satoshi! now, Lightning! now, Crypto and Ledger!
On, Saylor! on, Lambo! on, Bull Run and Trezor!
To the top of the charts, to the moon we will fly!
Now HODL away! HODL away! HODL away high!".

As satoshis that on a new block appear,
When they meet with confirmations, rise high and clear.
So up to the rooftops, the green candles they flew,
With the sleigh full of Bitcoin, and St. Nicholas too.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof,
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my phone and was turning around,
Down the chimney St. Nicholas came with a bound.

He was dressed all in orange, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of Bitcoin he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a miner just opening his pack.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to it,
And filled all the wallets, no shit coins you twit,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose!

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a shout,
And away they all flew before the fiat ran out.
But I heard him exclaim, as he drove out of sight,
"Happy Bitcoin to all, and to all a goodnight!".
