Can't withdraw funds since january - anyone else?

Hello,

i cannot withdraw any funds from Binance for nearly 6 month now. I contacted the support multiple times, provided every document/video of myself they asked for but still the problem remains.

"Withdrawal function temporarily suspended"

--> Face verification does not work, cannot open a withdrawal appeal since my first one from january is still "being processed".

Really don't know what else to do so im making this post. Anyone had a similar case and mb knows a solution? Thanks!
