Can't withdraw usd from binance.us.

I bought some btc on binance.us.us several yrs ago and stopped watching it at the beginning of last year. Today I wanted to withdraw the usd and send it to my bank but apparently it won't let me withdraw in the us.

Does anyone know how I can withdraw my money or transfer btc from binance.us to PayPal? Is there a way to pay using binance? Currently frustrated. It's only $3200 but it's significant for me. I see I can convert my usd to btc or other crypto but then I dunno what I can do with a bunch of crypto besides letting it potentially grow but that's pointless if I have no way of withdrawing my money. It's like paying $3200 to play a crypto investment game that has no real monetary value if I can't use it to pay for things.

If you can't be helpful, please refrain from disparaging remarks about buying crypto from binance. Im not living paycheck to paycheck but it's cutting it close, not to mention I lost my job last week.
