Contract Help

Hi, I’m very new to crypto and I think I may have made a mistake. I had some USDC that I sent to a different account, but now a month later I can’t figure out how to access the account (I have ledger and coinbase wallets and it’s not in either). I have the account address but it doesn’t match any of my accounts. I think I might have sent it to a contract? Can someone explain to me what I did and where the money went?
