I've been involved in the crypto sphere for a while now and one thing that still seems to tug at me every now and then is the constant urge to check cryptocurrency prices. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. You know that feeling: Your mind is filled with a loop of BTC, ETH, SOL, or whatever else you're invested in, and you're wondering if the last hour brought a new all-time high or a sudden dip.
However, I've been trying to manage this habit better. One strategy that has worked quite well for me is going for walks, leaving my phone at home. This disconnects me from the constant price updates and helps me focus on the world around me.
At night, I've adopted a policy of not bringing my phone to bed. This not only helps me avoid the late-night crypto-checking spiral, but also improves my sleep quality significantly.
I'm sure many of you have your own strategies for managing the urge to constantly monitor crypto prices. How do you keep balance in your life while still staying informed about your investments? What strategies or activities help you resist the pull of incessant price-checking? I think this could be a great opportunity for us to learn from each other's experiences and perhaps find new ways to healthily engage with the cryptosphere.
