I posted here several weeks ago about an issue I was having and I was able to at least get a response to my request. After I got my response I came back and updated all of my posts / comments to let everyone know that Binance.US was doing the right thing and helping me along. Since then it has been nothing but dead air. They aren't responding to any ticket updates. What am I supposed to do? This is a lot of money for me and I have been patient and done everything asked of me. I don't deserve to be treated this way. Please lend me a hand.
