Dead or dying coin list/database?

Is there a list (warning/dead etc) of coins, esp. shitcoins, that are either known to be dead, likely to be dead, or likely safe (at least under current conditions)?

The idea is not to give financial advice of course. But simply to identify ones that are effectively money sinks that will almost certainly never show a revival - for whatever reason. In particular maybe big information about a coin that could have serious repercussions for its future. E.g. THORChain doing whatever they did to the RUNE coin.

I did find one that reports whether a coin is suspected to be a honeypot or not. But this doesn't seem to be the same thing.

Is there such a thing?
