Decentraland, is it fun to play? Has anybody tried it before?

Just curious if anybody has tried out this crypto game and if it is fun to play and not dead. I am not trying to get rich or yolo into this game I was just interested in checking it out once I got back home from my work assignment. This virtual crypto thing looks like fun but if it is dead probably not. I like the concept of it but if I have to dump a bunch of money into it I am not interested. Has anybody on here tried this out or currently plays it that can provide input? I would really appreciate it, I think a crypto virtual world game would be a ton of fun and positively impact crypto if done right, what are your thoughts on this? I am tapped out playing my other games and wanted to check this one out. If there is any other better games out there that are popular similar to this please let me know in the comments.
