Deposit stuck in Pending Assets with ByBit, support does not respond

Hi,

I made a crypto deposit to ByBit last week and shortly after the confirmation email of the transfer being completion I got the following email from ByBit stating that they sanctioned my wallet address and my funds are now in Pending Withdrawal state:

Dear User,

Please be advised that the following address(es) from which you have made deposit(s) is/are found to have exposure to sanctioned.

List of Address(es)

Please refrain from using the same address(es) and/or the same entity for future deposits to avoid trading and withdrawal restrictions on your account. Continued use of the said address(es) may, at our discretion, result in the termination of your account

While we have found that you may be an unrelated party to this exposure, we do not support high risk funds to participate in our ecosystem. We will require you to withdraw the said funds to a clean address. Please be advised (any) gas fees will be borne from this sum.

There is nothing wrong with my wallet address and I did not make any illegal trades or whatsoever. The address is 100% clean. ByBit is effectively taking my crypto hostage as the proposed solution to transfer the funds to a "clean" address is costing me $1700. I am clearly not going to pay such a fee for an error on ByBit. ByBit needs to solve this.
I reached out to live chat, they could not help me but created a case for me (Case ID 07983069). The agent said I would receive a reply in 72 hours, but I did not. I reached out again and they said they flagged my case to have more awareness to the support team. I have yet to receive a response from ByBit while my funds are still stuck.

What else can I do to get this resolved?
