Do yall actually HODL fr

Sorry I’m kinda new to crypto but like doesn’t it make more sense to take out profits in bull market and buy back in bear rather than just holding through it all?. Like for example last bull run let’s say you sold a bitcoin at 60k, you could have bought back 3 bitcoin back at 20k at bear market. Isn’t that just kinda obvious to do?

(I don’t mean to piss any HODL people off, I’m just understanding)
