Ethereum is moving up, and it scares the crap out of the folks at Bitcoin sub.

Mods are openly attacking Ethereum in posts now. Yet if you try to disprove any of their FUD you get banned from their sub.

They can see other cryptos growing faster than them, slowly catching up and eating at their market share, so they ban anyone that mentions any of them. Ethereum is their biggest threat with 2.0 coming out soon, making it cleaner, faster and cheaper, while making it deflationary increasing its value.

Ethereum will serve every purpose Bitcoin can, and much much more. Organizations are jumping in and using the Ethereum network, because it is so much more than just a cryptocurrency. I think Microsoft jumping in to use Ethereum to stop piracy is what is triggering these new FUD attacks.

They like to point out some downsides of Ethereum like the high network fees sometimes, but don't mention that the fees are related to the network traffic. Ethereum's traffic is much higher than bitcoins. Ethereum processes 6x the transactions of Bitcoin lol. Ethereum also already has answers to their traffic fees by moving to L2 making the transactions extremely cheap there. But they never mention that at all. It is cheaper to use Ethereum than Bitcoin if you know what you are doing, and it will be cheaper soon with 2.0 and sidechains. More and more L2 solutions are popping up making it easier. This is cutting edge technology, and once matured it will just be easier to use. It is not even hard now.

Bitcoin will never be as good as Ethereum, or some of these other new coins like ADA. In fact, almost all the top coins have the potential to be way better than Bitcoin once they mature a bit more. Ethereum is already there.

I think it is very petty of them to constantly attack yet ban anyone who would try to defend against their FUD. I see much more potential in other coins, and I bet on Ethereum. It looks like many other organizations are betting on Ethereum too, not just as a currency, but for their network. PoW is dying. It terrifies them. Their old slow dino is wasteful, and there is nothing they can do about it. Everyone that matters predicts Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin. I think as Ethereum gets better, there will be a huge exodus from Bitcoin to Ethereum, probably causing their value to take a huge hit. Why would anyone hold bitcoin if Ethereum and other coins do everything Bitcoin does and more, in a cleaner faster way, while just holding it collects interest? Merging to PoS is just months away now.

Screw them and their FUD. It is fear of Ethereum and modern crypros biting at their heals, eating away at them slowly. Here is the post where I found them talking about their FUD attack. I don't personally go near bitcoin sub. Here is someone who took the time to point the flaws in their bullshit attack.

I don't appreciate their shit posts. I also have never been banned from there or even commented there at all, this is not revenge or anything, just don't fall for their bullshit.
