A family member of mine who doesn't use reddit is in a situation where they are passing away relatively soon and want to get their affairs in order, with one being withdrawing from and closing their crypto.com account. They hard-staked CRO, thinking it was a soft stake not too long ago before finding out this news. They have tried to contact crypto.com and explain the situation but they are being given the run around, with explanations such as refusing to escalate to a higher up or saying that altering it is not possible, when (me with a dev background) know that's certainly not true.
Can anyone offer any advice please?
