Finally free!!

After a lot of back and forth, being disabled for "suspicious activity," told my pics weren't good enough (I'm not trying to date you!), etc. Binance finally granted me permission to access my coins. And I gladly withdrew all that I could before they decided to chnage their minds.

A few things: 1. Wait > 6 hours usually translates to ~ 6 days. 2. More than half the time - using app or a Windows chrome browser- the "click here" to continue your chat opened a new ticket, not the old one. Very annoying. 3. I have less than the minimum requirement to withdraw BNB. The minimum is .002, and I have .0019 and change. I cannot trade, exchange, or withdraw it. It's about $5 USD, so I'm going to leave the account open on principle. Get me my money, and I'll close it.
