Forced to pay arrears that never existed

This morning around 6 a.m. (CET) I wanted to send BNB to my Binance Chain wallet when suddenly the message appeared that it would only be possible if I paid my arrears. Strangely enough, I never had any, as I only work with my money and don’t borrow anything or anything like that. the amount was 51.xxx BUSD. Coincidentally, I received exactly this amount as income, also in BUSD exactly one week ago, after I invested a bit of BTC in a dual investment. Now Binance has simply taken away my entire income with anualized interest, which I have now invested in the next dual investment. I paid the reimbursement first because I urgently had to send BNB and thought the system noticed the error and the money ended up in my spot wallet. not until now.

Please binance, can you send me the amount back to me. it's not a huge amount. you don't get much richer from it and I don't get poor. But I like your platform very much and would like to continue trading there. and stay a loyal customer :)
