I forgot to put the memo in my transaction from trust to binanceUS. On trust it says it successfully transferred but I haven’t got it in my Binance.US account and I’ve emailed binance and they say they will take a look and I never get a response. I tried again and still nothing. This happened 3 weeks ago and still nothing from binance. How can it get my money back?
