FTT token still selling for over $7.50 on some DEX , any way to make money with this?

Presently of writing, it seems https://raydium.io dex nonetheless has plenty of liquidity in the 7-Eight$ FTT range, while the worth listed on cmc is clearly much decrease.

Is there any CEX that is permitting FTT withdrawals in the intervening time? I have a potential cash making concept id wish to attempt.

Sadly I would not have any FTT or any capacity to aquire FTT besides by buying it from dex
