Global Copyright Strike System for NFT creators? The Death of Screenshotting.

We all know the memes of screenshotting image-based NFTs. Or 3D model NFTs hosted on IPFS, it has no access control at the time of this post.

Essentially, NFTs are pointless if the token holder doesn't have the capability to "copyright strike", "file a claim" etc. Or better yet, have this done programmatically. Actually the creator, not the token holder will have to β€œfile the claim” just like when you buy a digital asset doesn’t give you the right to distribute it.

Is it possible to have AI scrap the entire web and whenever it detects a similar image, 3D model, music, the NFT creator gets a notification, hey someone is using your NFT without your permission. NFT creator can choose to file the claim or do nothing. When NFT owner chooses to file a claim, decentralized world must vote if it is valid to prevent claims with no merit.

Not sure how you would restrict people from posting on websites without their permission.

Implementation is difficult. The Youtube Copyright system for the entire web3 of assets. I know Youtube has many issues with people filing claims with no basis. Then tie it to some crypto token as reward, because people ain't gonna be lawyers for free.

Only then will NFTs actually have true value.

Creator can rent out the NFTs for specific time make specific contract deal with their IPs, I guess you can do this with software (SaaS) contracts as well.
