My parents have recently started investing with GsPartners. They are very excited about it and are trying to get me involved. I've talked with their "mentor" and everything seems too good to be true. Now I'm seeing multiple states are investigating and/or trying to ban GsPartners from operating in their states.
My question is: What are your thoughts on GsPartners and do you think my parents are being taken advantage of? I am mostly a layman when it comes to crypto, so any advise/insight would he greatly appreciated.
