I was hacked and the hackers added a google 2FA. From there, they were able to change my email and effectively block me out of the account. I had been trying to reach customer support for two days before this happened...but to no avail. I’m a student and the money I had invested there is very valuable to me. I made a new account to reach customer service but they haven’t replied to any of my chat texts. Is that money lost forever?
