I was investigating ways to protect my seed phrase. I discovered many people write (punch holes) them onto metal in case of fire. On the surface this sounds wonderful. However, I'm not so sure about it in the real world. If your house burns down, how practical is it to find your metal seed phrase backup? Isn't it like looking for needle in a hay stack? Do you have a good real world story to tell? How does this play out in reality?
