Have a bunch of BNB coin but don't know how to get it out because I live in Ontario

Howdy, years in the past I purchased a bunch of binance coin on binance and utterly forgot about it, I got here again to see that I can't verify my binance account because I stay in Ontario and it's banned or something, what's my greatest course of action to truly get this binance coin out to a different pockets?

Somebody prompt Shakepay however appears I can only transfer BTC and ETH, to be trustworthy I don't know what I'm doing and I may be lacking one thing obvious - thank you!
