How can I accept Bitcoin payment as a small business?

I have been toying with the idea of accepting bitcoin as a payment option for my small business.

Here are some of my concerns:

My website host doesn't offer a Bitcoin payment option. I was thinking about using CashApp to make it the most "user-friendly" for shoppers, but I'm worried about being able to track purchases.

For example, one idea I had was pulling up my CashApp bitcoin address QR code, screenshotting it, then sharing it as an Instagram post/story.

If someone does purchase something, I would likely have to manually adjust my inventory levels.

However, I fear I won't be able to adequately track these payments and I'm wondering if you guys had any ideas on how to smooth out the process?

For example:

-Customer wants to purchase something in Bitcoin.

-I share the CashApp QR code (or they see it on an Instagram story and scan it).

...how do I proceed from here?

If I'm selling t-shirts with various sizes, I feel like the customer has to take extra steps in checking my website, verifying I have their size for sale, then sending bitcoin, then directly messaging/emailing me saying they sent Bitcoin for an XYZ shirt in size Large, along with their shipping address.

If this is the case, I guess I'm fine with it... but I feel like a few things could go wrong:

Let's say I have 5 Large shirts, and 10 customers send me bitcoin payments, because they each saw I had a size Large for sale before I could even manually adjust any of the stock levels.

How would I verify who to refund? How can I track who is paying for what?

If I do allow bitcoin payments, should I just keep it on an intimate basis (like DM/email only), so I can more easily manage each transaction on a case-by-case basis?
