How can I purchase Bitcoin under 18 with lower fees?

I'm 17 years old and I want to begin investing in Bitcoin, but I have a problem as I am not yet 18. I have set up an Exodus wallet and I have 0.00064564 Bitcoin. However, my method of purchasing is not ideal, as the website I have to purchase from has far too high fees for the amount I want to purchase, and I don't want to use custodial accounts.

I am looking for advice from the community on how to buy Bitcoin under 18 with as little fees as possible (I'm still okay with a small fee, Just not as high as I was using before). I have looked for sites but most I've found require ID verification to confirm my age.

I understand that there may be risks associated with purchasing Bitcoin considering I'm under 18, but I am willing to take the precautions to ensure that my investments are safe.
