How much time per day do you spend on Crypto?

I'm curious to hear from you guys, how much of your time per day do you invest into crypto? That could be researching new projects, actively trading, moving funds, or even just checking crypto sites, forums, message boards and spending on here shitposting? When your figuring this out roughly calculating it keep in mind while sometimes we may keep up with crypto by spending a half hour reading this sub, however also think about how many times per day you take your phone out to check your portfolio, check crypto prices or even just browse this sub for a minute here or there.

Back during the 2017 bull run I was probably spending like 12 hours per day on crypto related things, back then I was actively trading and scalping Litecoin quite a bit, was on this sub a good part of the day and probably every half hour if not more often I was checking my Blockfolio app and Coinmarketcap for prices.

I remember I kind of fell out after the crash. In early 2018 I remember taking a trip with my family to Mexico and kind of making a point to not look at crypto for the 4 or 5 days I was gone, crypto was down, I had on paper lost a lot of money and it just seemed like something that would bring me down. When I came back from that cold turkey trip I kind of never wound up going back. I don't mean I wasn't still into crypto but things like incessantly checking crypto prices and my apps, that stopped and I stopped following the news as closely. The next couple years were kind of boring and sideways trading, when NFT's started picking back up and prices started rising again a few years later it piqued my interest again but I've never again invested the amount of time and energy I did before.

Lately I've been trying to get back into things and I am still interested and engaged however the space feels different. There's so many projects it seems impossible to keep up with everything going on, you kind of need to pick one area to focus on and specialize in be that NFT's or Defi sites or being an active trader, I haven't really settled on which direction I want to go.

Anyhow, just curious how much time you guys spend per day following and engaging with crypto and if you think its worth it ie the amount of time you spend versus what you get out of it?
