How to interpret binance transaction export .csv

I generated and downloaded a binance transaction report of my crypto trades and am trying to interpret them and have several questions

1. how do i group lines? Just by date/time? ( for example, a normal transaction (buy X with Y) should have one line with a deduction and one line with a. addition.)

2. What is the "transaction Relation" Operation, or any of the Operations for that matter.
