How would you start accepting BTC in your small business?

I own a restaurant in Mexico and I've seen/heard that many people are starting to get into Crypto. I've thought about accepting BTC and probably some other coins as a payment method, but I haven't figured out how it would work. What makes sense to me, is to receive the Crypto transfers to my own personal wallet, then paying the customer's bill myself in cash, but I'm not sure if that's the best idea.

Has anyone gone through something like this? Do you accept BTC in your small business? What advice can you give a fellow Crypto Hodler?
