I caught a mistake in a Be(in)crypto article on exchange spot volume (published on Oct 17). Crypto.com is one of the only exchanges that have been experiencing consistent month-on-month increases despite the claims in the article: https://beincrypto.com/c

Crypto.com exchange has recorded over 13b in spot volume this October, making it the best month for the exchange in over 12m. Derivs are also doing great, matching or beating the spot volume. CDC is currently also the strongest in spot vis-a-vis the other CEXes it has been in the last 12m.

This brings me to a conclusion and my last point, in which I want to correct an article published on Oct 17 on Be(in)crypto, titled "Crypto Exchange Trading Volumes Sink to 3-Year Low While HODLers Sit on Sidelines." The article claims Crypto.com and KuCoin experienced the most significant decline in spot volume between Aug-Sep 23.

And while this statement is correct for KuCoin, the data in the article itself (and TheBlock) shows that CDC recorded almost 31% increase rather than a decrease for the observed period. For the record, this uptrend remains, and CDC is one of the few CEXes that record month-on-month increases in spot volume.
