I feel less stressed when the market is crashing than when it's mooning, does anybody else get the 'it is what it is feeling?'

Something about the market crashing makes me feel more secure with my investments because I have faith in crypto as a whole. When the market is crashing it gives me a bit of a stiffy because I strongly believe it's going to come back harder but when the market is mooning I have an almighty feeling of 'ive got alot to lose right now'

Just a strange thought I'd share with the people
