Seeing as the Reddit NFT avatar market has been going absolutely crazy in the past week, I hope everyone has been applying the same methodology used for all investments.
That is, don’t invest what you can’t afford to lose.
You should be completely happy walking away with earning $0 on these Reddit avatars. While it’s likely the value won’t depreciate, I would hate to see some very sad people in this and other subs in the coming weeks/months of the recession.
TLDR: Don’t invest what you can’t afford to lose.
Edit: fwiw I had people buying on Opensea in mind when writing this post, not people who get them on the Reddit shop.
