I know nobody knows for sure but I gotta ask (opinions)

I wanna drop a decent amount into btc right now like 2kish. But I don’t know if I should do it now or after the having because word on the street is btc will see a decline around the having so it would be better to drop that money in the 50s range then right now or does it even make that much of a difference. Let me re frame the question what would you do? And I’m not going to do whatever someone tells me Just looking for some feedback
