I sent BTC to a friend from CashApp to Binance and he has not received it. This is what the TxID says on Binance, and the BTC address used.

This is senseless. The BTC was sent from the white receipt to the Binance Handle in the third photograph. But the first photograph says that + an incorrect quantity of Bitcoin, however I copied the TxID from Mempool.

Someone assist. Did Binance scam me or my pal? What occurred?
