I think None of coin investors know how the coins are used or how to use them in real life.

I have been searching and studying Coins and platform.

ALL information explain what is the block-chain tech or what we can do with them but!

None of books, web site, youtube or whatever shows how to use or even single image of actual usage.

Ok, I understand that I can sell my house to somebody through the smart contract in ETH platform. so, question is where can I find that smart contract or application? and how to use them?
