I have a binance account that I opened in 2017 and I am a US user. My Case ID is: 71527814 . I have been trying to withdraw my funds for MONTHS. I have hopped onto chat more than a dozen times. They make me wait WEEKS on end for a reply. I have had several people that had me do a withdrawal appeal live and on a link on their own site. I have been denied over and over and over on my appeals. I'm doing everything that they ask with the videos with the ID held over my head.
Now I'm getting an alert that they will close my account in 48 hours indefinitely. Naturally, I'm panicking. Please help me binance support. It shouldn't be this difficult to take my own money out. I even did KYC when I signed up with my ID and everything.
