Insiders make Millions easily?

For example you have a very high profile job at some project where you get to know about Coin/ token listings, bullish announcements and partnerships days before they are announced publicly.

Making $100,000+ in single trade without much risk doesn't seem impossible here and 5-10 bullish announcements an year can earn them $1 Million - $10 Millions, more then their their salaries lol.

I remember a token pumped 40% already before the exchange made an announcement that they are going to list it. It's just one example. From exchnages to NFTs projects & games they all have done it and are still doing it.
