Is it technically impossible to have a token without a ticker?

As the crypto market is growing and global adoption is increasing exponentially there is going to have to be a lot of innovation in order to survive in such a competitive space that's going to take over the financial system and possibly many other markets such as real estate through tokenization etc, no one really knows what direction crypto could end up in and very few people understand it's potential and how it really works. This kind of means that right now we are at a point where we are early and able to take advantage of crypto not being mainstream yet, and create new ideas and establish technology having a head start.

Combine this with AI and we are heading into a Renaissance like industrial revolution worldwide in cryptocurrency.

This is more of a discussion to the question in the title, because if there was a token without a ticker how would could anyone even find it.
