Kraken Funding - Funds Deposited Successful - But on Hold 24 Hours Later

Deposited Funds Still on Hold 24 Hours later

I have used Kraken for years and only issue was once I sent two BTC deposits for the same amount on the same day and it generated a HOLD which had to be removed and the text support person removed the hold after verifying within a few minutes minutes.

Wondering if anyone else experiencing issues?

I made a BTC deposit last night, with 2X the fees. Transaction was at June 20th 43:06 and shows as Successful

It is now June 21 12:36 (almost 24 hours later funds still not available)

Today at 14:48 after contacting Kraken I still have no answer, and keep getting that my Ticket that they submitted in email is being looked at.

At the moment I contacted support again, and was told the ticket will be looked at and sends the the below to me. The same as received at 14:48 earlier:

" .... Thanks for reaching out about this. I see you already have an open ticket about this case with the relevant team.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this via chat and ask you to continue the communication with our team via email. Rest assured our team will get back to you as soon as possible..."

As a former Quadrigga client, I do not like how this feels. In my mind Im thinking the customer service and support has gone downhill fast, OR there are issues.

At the point not sure what the problem is, but 24 Hours to resolve a deposit does not leave me feeling good.

(BTW I don't store BTC on exchanges, just every now and then have to move some)
